1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By using GraceMatch and purchasing tickets for our events, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
1.2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and attend our events. By using GraceMatch, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Event ticket sales
2.1. Ticket Purchase: Tickets for GraceMatch events are sold through our website. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as specified in section 2.4.
2.2. Pricing and Availability: All prices for tickets are listed on our website. Prices and availability of tickets are subject to change without notice.
2.3. Payment: Payment for tickets must be made at the time of purchase using a valid credit card or other accepted payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
2.4. Refunds and Cancellations: All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if an event is canceled by GraceMatch. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date.
2.5. Transfer of Tickets: Tickets are transferable to another person, provided that you notify GraceMatch at least 48 hours before the event with the transferee’s name and contact information.
3. Event participation
3.1. Code of Conduct: All attendees must adhere to our Code of Conduct, which promotes respect, kindness, and appropriate behavior. Any violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund.
3.2. Safety and Liability: By attending a GraceMatch event, you agree to participate at your own risk. GraceMatch is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during our events.
3.3. Photographs and Recordings: By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded. GraceMatch may use these photographs or recordings for promotional purposes without compensation.
4. Website use
4.1. Content: All content on the GraceMatch website, including text, images, and videos, is the property of GraceMatch and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from our website without our express written permission.
4.2. User Accounts: To purchase tickets or access certain features of our website, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, hacking, spamming, and distributing malware.
